Analyse proteins for novel switches
To analyse a motif of interest, enter the motif-containing protein in the text box, using any UniProtKB identifier, and press submit. The protein sequence will be returned, on which the motif
of interest can be highlighted. When the search term was ambiguous, a list of proteins matching the query will be returned, and selecting the desired protein will return its sequence.
