Description:
Phosphorylation of S216 in a 14-3-3-binding motif of M-phase inducer phosphatase 3 (CDC25C) by Serine/threonine-protein kinase Chk1 (CHEK1) induces binding to 14-3-3 protein beta/alpha (YWHAB), which negatively regulates M-phase inducer phosphatase 3 (CDC25C).
