Description:
Alternative splicing removes the PDZ-binding motif of Isoform 5-HT4(A) of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 4 (Htr4), abrogating binding to Sorting nexin-27 (Snx27). Snx27 is responsible for targeting of the Isoform 5-HT4(A) of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 4 (Htr4) to early endosomes.
