Switch #:
SWTI000200
Switch type:
Binary
Switch subtype:
Physicochemical compatibility

Description:
Phosphorylation of T321 in the PDZ-binding motif of Voltage-dependent calcium channel gamma-2 subunit (Cacng2) by cAMP subfamily prevents binding to the PDZ domain of Disks large homolog 4 (Dlg4), an interaction involved in regulating synaptic targeting of AMPA-selective glutamate receptors.

Participants:
(1) Voltage-dependent calcium channel gamma-2 subunit (Cacng2)
(2) Disks large homolog 4 (Dlg4)
