Description:
Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1 (CDKN1A) (p21) and the M-phase inducer phosphatase 1 (CDC25A) bind the same site on Cyclin proteins (e.g. G1/S-specific cyclin-E1 (CCNE1)), making their interactions mutually exclusive.
