Description:
The Transducin-like enhancer protein 1 (TLE1) can recruit a wide range of transcriptional repressors via its WD domain, to which the WRPW motif of Transcription factor HES-1 (HES1) and the EH1 motif of Homeobox protein goosecoid (GSC) can bind using overlapping sites.
